lift kit problems

i recently put a 2" skyjacker suspension lift on my gmc sierra 1500 (standard cab stepside) my front end was sitting a little low so the local body shop jacked up the torsion bars to level it out... later i had a CV boot tear, my alignment has gone bad, and my truck also vibrates at about 40-45 mph (i think i need to lower the transfer case?) they also told me there is no more room for adjustment on the alignment, and it is maxed out. should I lower the torsion bars, and lift the front end another way? what are my options?
