02 taurus vibrating

I have vibration around 50-60 not as much after 65. No problems steering, no pulling and no noise over bumps or rough roads. Any ideas where to start?

Re: 02 taurus vibrating

When was the last time the tires were balanced? It could be something else more serious than that, but that is where I would start.

Re: 02 taurus vibrating

I second the suggestion of starting by getting the wheels balanced. Get all four done, but if the vibration is felt mostly in the steering wheel, the balance issue is probably on the front, if in the seats and mirrors, then the balance problem is probably on the rear.
