i have a 1995 dodge 3500, 1 ton. it has a 5.9L diesel engine. it has duel rear wheels, 2 wheel drive, 5 speed standard, rwal brake system. my problem is that there is a device on the drivers side wheel well under the hood near the firewall. it has a vacuum line on the top of it and has a connector with three wires coming out of it. what is it?? it is about the size of a soda can but only about 1 1/2 inches high. i have been to the chrysler dealer and they dont even know what it is. i think it has something to do with the rwal brake system but not sure. please help. pics coming soon, thx, frank
