check your local hobby shop; they'll probably have it. or go to testors.com

For the kits made by the Japanese manufacturers, try using online stores like Hobby Link Japan, Hobby Search, Rainbow Ten and Hobby World. They're located in Japan and they should be able to send items to UAE (or at least the Japanese postal service does).
