Mini Cooper S Modification

Okay If I got a Mini Cooper S hatchback, What could I do to it to make it faster and have better acceleration and where would I get it.
Also is the ALTA Turbo Kit a good buy.

start with JCW upgrade there is also new software for it as well.

there is also JCW suspension and brakes.

Buy light weight wheels b/c I've heard that the stock MINI rims are one of the heaviest. Weighing in at aroud 28lbs or so, maybe slightly less.
