Wiper motor problem 2001 Sil

I washed down the engine bay the other day and ever since the wiper motor will not shut off. I unplugged the motor and it had water in the plug so I left it unplugged to dry out. I was wondering if it could be damaged of do I just have to wait for it to fully dry out inside to get proper function back.

You may have gotten water in the pump connectors themselves. I dont think the pump is damaged.
