code 11???

i have a b16 with a pwo ecu that i think has a spoon chip in it. The car is a jdm crx sir. I was looking at my ecu and it has one long flash, then a 2nd shorter flash and then it has a quick blink. is it a code 11? what is it. There is a light on on the cluster that is always on. i was told it was a catalytic converter light that the US did not have. I changed my cat and the light is still there. I dissconnected the battery and changed ecu but it will not go away. Also, i was driving last night and was punching it to 8k rpm when it felt like it hit the rev limiter at about 6800 rpm. It only did this 2 or 3 times but i am afraid to punch it now. any ideas
