angel eyes?

Do I need to install an H.I.D. to use angel eyes projector for a 95-civic, or will they work whit out them?

naw man they come with the headlights already. all you have to do is plug in the harness to the lights and you good to go. you could go ahead and get HID tho it would look sweet
