speed 3?

There are speeds low, medium1, medium2, and high (in ascending order).

Just for clairity, which one is it?

It does not operate at all in High? (that is odd, and would lead to the heater a/c control assembly, or the connection at the control assembly)

Medium2 is the only one that works. No High speed.

Re: 97 buick lesabre fan blower only speed 3

Its probably the control panel, as the high speed fan relay should bypass the resistor circuit entirely. So no matter what, high speed should always work wether the resistor is even connected or not.

If the high speed fan does not blow, that might be a blown fuse, but unrelated to the low,m1,m2 settings. There is a separate 30a fuse for high speed, as low, m1 and m2 are fed from a 25a fuse.

My guess is that its the control panel.
