Everytime a pesseneger seat's and buckle's themself, my trailblazer doesn't recognize that it's on or locked. What can I do to make it recognize that its locked?

Re: Need help with seatbelt
I'd start by checking the wiring and connectors under the pass seat. The wiring can easily get disconnected or broken from vacuuming or jambing stuff under the seats.

Re: Need help with seatbelt
I am just passin thru and caught your thread same thing happened on a few of cars we have had to come in the shop to be repaired after a collision or to be repaired or that is mentioned after we repair them. Like he said first check the wiring under the seat, big and little feet a like can do a job on the wires. Take them apart and put them back together, if it still does not correct to problem check your seat belt buckle. I cleaned one out and that cured the problem on one car(it had what looked like cookie crumbs in it) but it worked.
