1999 Camaro 3.8 code P1133

Took the car in for a alternator problem.they told me my cat. converter was also bad.Had both of them replaced. A week later the check engine light comes on.I pulled the codes and they were P1133 and P1153.I took the car back to the shop, and they replaced both bank 1 and bank 2 O2 sensors.A day later check engine light comes on again. This time the code is P1133. They thought it might be the computer. That wasn't it.Thay replaced the cat converter again. The only thing they replaced is the bank 1 sensor again.

HELP !!!!

Was the light on when you took it in for the alternator?
