01-Grand Caravan NO ac/heat, radio, PW & Wipers & ABS, Park Brk & trac off lights on

This is what happens...

I start the car normally and I get NO power to the ac/heat, radio, PW & Wipers and the ABS, Park brake & trac off lights are on. nothing will work.

So I then played around a bit...

I shut off the car and instead of starting it I turned the keys back to get power. Everyting works Great!!! ??? Then I start the car again and all is fine .

So I shut off the car again and start the car immediately and again NO power to the ac/heat, radio, PW & Wipers and the ABS, Park brake & trac off lights are on. nothing will work.

I did this a few time to get the same results...

I took a look at the fuses & pushed them all in to make sure nothing was loose.

Not sure what to do next...

Note: It has been very warm here lately 90's with HumidX over 100 and has rained the night before. The car was outside...

This is all the information I have... Anyone help is apprecaited

If you do a thorough search with the search function you'll see this problem is more common than you might think. Try these:

> Remove the IOD fuse in the power distribution center (next to battery) for about a minute then reinstall. This will reset the Body Control Module or BCM. It's a little bitch of a box that controls all the electronic functions except engine monitoring and airbags. It can create many headaches.
> Remove and clean both battery connections and the ground point for the negative lead. The electronics are sensative to corrosion.
> Inspect the instrument cluster connector and circuit board for bad solder joints.
> Believe it or not just wack the top of the dash. It has fixed some at least temporarily.

Thanks I will try it... It works fine now... mybe the humidy and dampness caused it.. If it happens (I mean whenit happens again) I wil try them...
