93 88 with 3.8 no start

i'm working on a 93 olds 88 3.8L. Cranks no start. I have power at injectors but no ground same for ignition modual. i changed the crank sensor, cam sensor, ignition modual and pcm but no luck still no spark no pulse.i have checked just about every thing i can think of. can any one please toss me a bone here.

Check for power going to the ICM. There should be 12 volts at the pink (pink/black?) wire going to the ICM. It's on one end of the connector. Check with key in run position.

When you turn the key on engine off (KOEO) do you have a check engine light? This should come on for a bulb check. If its not on, check fuses/fusible links. Definatley check for 12v supplies to computer components. If you need a wiring schematic, let me know.

What about the starter? In any case, I wouldn't throw any more parts at it untill you know what codes it is throwing (and I'm almost certain that it is). If you don't know how I can dig up a link to show you. 93 was still OBD 1 which means that all you need is a paperclip

thanks guys but no luck i gave up and it's going to the big junkyard in the sky. i checked every possible option and had a tech with 20yrs exp. check it with me and nothin. so i gotta cut my losses. i really wish i had time to know what it was.
