not GP realated but don't you love mice!!

Spent a couple of day searching junk yards and soldering wires back together. My furry little friend chewed off the data link connector and another one right next to it and two grounds! dam mice And of course dodge does not sell the pigtails for those two items. They wanted $900 for the new harness my cost . The ground were fixable sense he chewed them off in the middle vs right at the connector.

What a bummer Troy. Question is how did the rodent get into the cab? They do come back and are persistent.

Re: not GP realated but don't you love mice!!

Yea its a bad deal. All the stuff was under the hood on my truck (1995). I can't find his nest or him although the blower motor is making a noise I have checked what’s in there yet! The rubber plug on the fire wall was pushed out into the engine bay the wide end of the plug was on the inside so the plug needed to be pushed through from the inside originally. that was kind of strange. I'm thinking mothballs and mouse traps under the hood.

Yeah, we've had some GP owners that had rodents in their blowers. One found a nest after removing the blower motor. Also, a dead one because that was the source of the stink. I used rat poison one time to kill one living under our dishwasher. The sucker chewed into the pump/motor harness.

But I can definitely see them getting into the engine compartment. Good luck!

About 30 years ago I removed a phone from a house and it had so many tiny roaches in it you couldn't even press the pushbuttons.
I also had a chipmunk chew up the flapper of an aluminum dryer vent, got inside and looked like he freaked out on LSD. He tore the whole hose up from one end to the other.

Buy a cat, or two. You can have your own Tom and Jerry thing going...
