While all models are on hold (waiting for airbrush
still!) I decided to start yet another. The only resemblence to the box is the color, royal blue, which is darker anyway. I tried my best to recreate their interior with a litle more wood. Engine is complete. These are slipped under the suspension to give it the monster height, so i cut them up, they used to be like 4x as big, so like a 4 inch drop from box height. Looks stock. That's it for now, oh yeah, rims yet to be decided. -Matt |

Re: Total Custom '84 GMC pickup
Your detail paint is really sloppy. Just take your time and steady your hand. Instead of using a brush try a toothpick for the smaller stuff, small amounts of paint and more time will yeild better results. I'm not a great modeler, and am still new at this, but these things have helped me in my modeling ventures. The engine appears to be coming along nicely. Just take your time and have fun with it. BEST OF LUCK!!
