I'm going to replace my CPS and would like to know the full process if anyone knows. I found a step by step for a 97 GTP. If it's the same I'm good to go, if not can anyone help. THANKS

Re: Replace 97 GPGT Crankshaft Position Sensor

Use the one for the GTP. Same process. Pay special attention to the special bolts needed to get the harmonic balancer off. They will not come in a tool rental. Good luck!
