1987 Power Steering Fluid Change

I just got the car and i need some help. how do i change the power steering fluid? the engine is a 2.8 V6. step by step instructions would be awesome. all help is appreciated. thank you.

You could disconnect the low pressure return hose and drain the system or you could extract as much fluid as possible with a turkey baster, refill and repeat the procedure a couple of times.
