Auto traders law
Could anybody suggest some address/websites where I can find state laws for the car/automobile traders? Are there any mandatory rules/regulations for the auto traders to abide by while they are engaged with their auto trading business? For the state say California?

What do you mean "auto traders?" Dealers or those who buy and sell cars out of their house? In either event, their are regulations. Start looking here for California:
