Alarm problems 98 Accord Coupe

For the past few days my horn would not sound when I locked the car with the keyless module.

Now, the alarm is going off randomly and really annoying my neighbours.

Has anyone else run into this problem? What is the culprit here?

I would check all possble electrical connections. This is probably an aftermarket.
If that does not help just install a new one. The old one may be dyeing.
