HELP Radio code

I got a new battery for my 1997 mercedes C230. I put the new battery in and now my radio doesn't work. I'm just a girl that knows nothing about cars...

take the car to the dealer. they will take the vin number off the car and will be able to give you the code. they should not charge you anything.

Mercedes Benz also writes the radio code on the spare tire wheel well in the trunk... On some models anyway.....
