'90 voyager headlights always on

I was told that it could be the daytime running lights module. Any idea where the module is located? I will be hitting the library to do more research.

found the module. It is on the passenger side firewall. right behind the shock tower. About the size of a deck of cards. Haynes provided the connector layout.
