Re: 25k to spend

try and find a C5 z06. they are just in/out of that price range right now.

of those, that would be my choice if i couldn't find an E46 M3 in that range which is very doubtful but i have seen them just under $30k

I agree with the supra an the Z but a mustang is a waste, slow an to common. A supra are very easy to modify. They're fast an reliable. An Rx like mine... Unless your into rotor's you'll be in for a big suprise. You gotta have alot of time an dedication to own one of these. A supra is alot more roomier an just as fast + you can afford it. Overall if you can find an E46 M3 go for it.

Re: 25k to spend

how well do the c5 zo6 hold on to there value cause when i was looking at them i saw that the 2002 got the 40 hp or so more then 2001-lower years, but was like 5k over.

i prefer it to be fast out of the box so to speak. but would like the option to add stuff to it if i wanted to.. my current whip is a saturn so it's a pain trying to find stuff for it.

going from a saturn to a vette will be plenty out of the box power. if you thirst for more. they make simple bolt on centrifugal supercharger kits for pretty cheap.

buddy a mine has a 01 Z06 with a bolt-on supercharger kit at 7psi is making 543rwhp. probably a 10 second car if he could get it to hook up.

i dont know about liability on a vette dude...thats a very chancy move. go full coverage and get a regular C5. you can get a standard C5 for under $20k.

umm full coverage for my saturn is like 4k every 6 months and i have perfect driving record so far ( only had linsence since feb) even though i a speed like a mf and even a reg c5 for full is like 5+6k every 6 months. ( know which is more expense college or insurance?)

what about the realibity on a 350z or a trans am ws6

reliability on both are fine and i would expect the 350Z to have a slight edge.

dude...$4k every 6 months with a perfect driving record? wtf...your getting SCREWED royally.

umm, being 17 and going from a saturn to a vette with very low coverage is just begging for disaster ....

Re: 25k to spend

C5 hands down, best looks, best performance and no contest to the others seriously. If you wanted a super new car I'd say go for the 350Z because it's a good car and it's newer. You seem crossed between american and japanese, why is that?

Wait you're 17??
