what is the maximum hp can i gain during safe boost at the stock internals with the b16a jdm 92-95 my fuel managment is safc2 and 450 cc injectors my turbo is t3/t4e 50 a/r and 50 trim . ?

with that management system i wouldn't be comfortable making anymore than 275whp or so....you could push it higher, but if the tune isn't accurate, you risk blowing the engine.

I have a bigger turbo (60trim), bigger injectors (RC550s), and tuned on Crome and Im only making 275whp because i'm worried my car lasting.

if i buy new turbocharger to be 60 trim instead of 50 trim will i have more power or the 50 trim consider good for the stock internals ?

Screw the bigger turbo get better fuel management and get it tuned by someone who knows what they are doing.

and what is the eqution ( relation ) between the psi and the hg ( unite which use in the safc2 ?

don't shoot for a certain hp number....tune on a safe boost level and be happy with whatever power you make...

it depends on your method of tuning. If i was tuning on a VAFC2 on my B16 w/ a T3T4e 50 trim, i would tune on 8psi and be happy. Now if i could get a dyno tuner to set up a Crome map for me, i would boost 11-12psi and be even happier. It is much more precise to tune on a software system rather than a VAFC or anything of the sort. Either way Hany, you will have some fun

as you know iam from EGYPT . and my country is very poor info in turbo. for exampel iam the only one who install turbo in my city. and i do every thing with my self. and no one chip the ecu here. and its hard to me to chip my ecu. iam afraid to damage it. anyway the safe is good . thanks alot my friend

you can still make a lot of power on the SAFC and if you don't have access to a tuner, then you're stuck using the SAFC. Its not a bad option, it just isn't as precise as a chipped ECU. If you read www.pgmfi.org you can find some good tuning tips so that you can tune yourself....good luck!!

other question please . what about the o2 sensor wideband. i hear that its so important. is that right?

if you want to tune yourself, you have to have a wideband. It reads the Air/Fuel mix...that is what you're tuning....
