1980 Honda Civic 1500dx
My wipers are not working and I need a wiring diagram to find out what the problem may be. I am getting power on both sides of the fuse so it must be a problem in either the wiring or the switch but also the horn is not working but I have not investigated that. But any help with a wiring diagram would be helpful. Thanks, Joe.

not too sure about the wipers, i think you'll have to go thru the wiring to find it. usually if the horn isn't working it means that the brake lights are not working so check that fuse.
