95 engine conversion

I have a 95 cav i want to put a 3.1 liter V6 and a 5 speed in it has anyone does this before. and know what all it details

is your current car stick or auto?
Im pretty sure your going to need the ECU from the engine you putting in the car.
new engine mounts.
maybe new tranny mounts??
i've never done this im just going from what i've read about engine swaps in the past.
