aftermarket wheels help

1997 blazer 4 door ls 4x4

some of u know i have a 2" body, shackles and torsion tweak done to my blazer sporting the pro comp x-terrian 31x10.50's. The tires are on stock rims 15x7. The tires says they can go on a 7-10" wide rim. I wanted to get the tires sitting correctly on the right set of rims. I was told 15x8 would be about perfect. Is that a good size to hunt for? Also im noticing alot of backspacing and such. like -30mm. I dont want the tires to stick out to much. A lil i can deal with but i dont want them hang out like 3-4" like some people like. I like my paint and they dont back 4 door fender flairs any way. any one know how far a -30 mm would stick out? i was looking at these. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT i always liked that style.
Any ideas or suggestions?
