How much is it worth

I am looking to sell my 1998 Ford Taurus SE, I am wondering how much I should be asking for this car. It has 220000 KM (aprox. 136700 miles) on the odo and has a few rust spots.

It runs fairly well, but it has a few problems, it needs struts and tires.

I was thinking of asking $3000, but I don’t want to let the car go for too little. Car prices in Canada tend to be slightly higher than the US as well, so this should be taken into consideration.

I appreciate anyone's input.

Re: How much is it worth

Take a look at what they are selling for at used car lots and in the classified ads. Do you have anything like Kelly Blue Book in Canada? In the states it is a publication used to help insurance companies and banks determine the value of a car.
