Where's the A/C Low pressure switch located on 99' Cavalier?

Where's the A/C low pressure switch located on a 99' Cavalier?

We've recently purchased a 1999 Cavalier and are trying to solve an A/C problem. We have checked the fuses - they seem fine, we have added freon to see if the compressor would eventually kick on - no luck, and we've swapped the fuel pump relay and the A/C relay around, but still no go. It could be the actual button in the console that's just not connecting all the way I suppose. Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem might be other than that or anything else we could try?

Any suggestions/comments/ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well...Here's what someone told me after I explained what was going wrong with my ac.

I dunno if there are Aamco's in Tennessee but around here they do ac checks for free, I'd just do that and see what they say.

Thanks for the reply, Lances133.

Yeah, there are Amaco's in Tenn. We might end up taking it to some place like that and letting them look at it.

We didn't add any 'stop leak' to it, so that shouldn't be the problem...unless a previous owner did...

We have a few more things we would like to try before taking it some where to get it looked at though. However, we can't seem to find the A/C low pressure switch...does anyone know where that's located on a 99' Cavalier?

Thanks
