Help With Code 44??? 95 avenger

Hey to all. I am in big need of help let me tell you a few things that my 1995 avenger es is doing. to start off the engine light and the generator lights are on at all times but they pop off while driving every now and then, but come right back on. i am throwing 3 codes. code 22,23,44 and code 44 i cant figure out at all. it says something about battery temp sensor or a ambient temp sensor? dont know where ether are? please help
