The steeda tri axe shifter is nice, but really any aftermarket shifter will get the job done. But, be prepared any aftermarket shifter will be noisy compared to stock!

Since the aftermarket shifter does not have the ruber bushing between the two handle sections it has a tenedency to ratle and buz.

I had the steeda shifter in mine for a while, had a nice feel, positive shifter action. But, the increase noise level bothered me more then the shift feel improvement helped. So, I pulled it back out and have been happy with the stock shifter. I would spend the money on something else like underdrive pullies or gears. My opinion anyways.

5.0 shifter

Love the 5.0 shifter-----clean shifts-----I bought the Steeda Tri-ax shifter---simply cause it was a cheaper deal------and wasn't as smooth as the 5.0 shifter
