head deck randomly on?
i have an old alpine tape player in my nissan and it will randomly turn on. it seemed to work fine when i bought the car but now it wont respond to any button i press other than the power button. this is seriously annoying because the volume is up loud and i have to constantly take my eyes off the road to turn it off. any ideas?

just go and buy a new cd player a decent one is usally 100-200 dollers

Check ground and power cables.
