Small question...sort of
Ok, I know this isn't the right place but I want to get some good attention with this. You know how the LS7 in the new Z06's is hand made, as is the Viper's engine. To me this is my dream job, I'd love to be one of the guys hand assembling these engines. But how would one go about getting there. UTI is the only place I could think of, but again I'm not sure.

years of experience? the guys building those engine, i dont think there anyone under like 40

I'd think you would need to spend several years at GM, building other engines first.

^ yeah, they wont let you build corvette engines right away. You have to be working for them for a while first.
