Headliner rattle

Have rattle(s) in headliner on rough road. It hangs down some what at rear glass, indicating that some one has done some work in this area. I found a very strong magnet partially attached to liner in the rear area, and it appeared to be releasing and rocking into contact with roof. I removed it and the sound may have decreased, but did not go away. Can anyone tell me if this is the factory installation? and have you any suggestions on how to eliminate this rattle. Thanks.

So that is where my rattle was coming from, I couldn't figure it out...do you have a solution!
