Streaks on window from window seal- 2000 V6

When I role the window down on the passenger side it sqeals and the rubber seal along the bottom or something in the door is scratching and leaving streaks on the window. Its doing this on the inside window, the outside is fine. I am worried because I have had the windows retinted b/c the old tint from the last owner was old and damaged. Since then I have done some things to remedy the problem and it has helped but not completely. Its #$%!ing up the new tint job on that window. Whats causing it and how can I fix it?

Have you tryed cleaning the strip on the inside a few times? Could just be dirt in the strip.

Whats the best thing to clean it with?

Clean it with some windex it dont matter its just dirty and rubber.
