Where to find these bolts?

I was in a process of tightening the bolts/nuts on the engine. I am talking about the ones that are on the front right above the exhaust pipe. The ones that tighten the seals I think. I just turned the center bolt by 1/4 of an inch and it broke. Now it still closes the seal and the broken piece is stuck between the bottom and the upper seal so no worry about any leaking and I can also take out the broken piece because it sticks out the bottom. What I want to know that where can I find these bolts so I can replace them before they give any mor trouble. Please help

Re: Where to find these bolts?

Buy the bolts from Toyota parts department. Make sure you lubricate the bolts with antisieze if they are going into aluminum, or oil if they are going into iron.

If you don't have one, buy one or both torque wrenches from Sears

Hey Brian, I appreciate the help sir. You are a life saver. This forum needs more people with expertise like yours.

By the way do you know how much torque needs to be on these bolts. Thanks

Re: Where to find these bolts?

I can't tell from your description what bolts you are referring to. I don't even know what vehicle you are refrring to. The only vehicle in your profile is a Chrysler Town and Country.

Since you have previously referred to a 1998 Camry V6, I assume that is the vehicle. Rather than try to explain to me what bolts you are talking about, go to the V6 portion of the engine maintenance portion of the 1999 Camry manual at the top of this forum and see if you can locate the bolts or area of the engine. The torque on the bolts in N-M and ft-lbs are shown next to the bolts.
