Cadillac Sixty Special

I just thought I'd start a Thread on the Sixty Special.I drive a 1987 Cadillac Sixty Special.Its got all power and digital everything and leather seats.Its got foot rest that fold out of the bottom of the back of the front seats for passengers in the back seats.Also it has the visors with the mirrors and lights built in that come out of the ceiling for the people in the back seats.They also classed these cars in the limousine class because they were stretched.I believe they stopped making these cars in 1993.If you have one write back in a post because I have never seen another one of these cars in my life,nor heard of or known anybody who has one.

I know that Cadillac has used the name for may models and in different years. In 1990 they made a Fleetwood sixty special that didn't come with a sunroof but it did have a fancy seat drivers seat with lumbar supports and curling sides that the other fleetwoods did not have.
I saw a car for the 1940's that they also called a sixty special.

I know that you asked about a 1987 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special back in 2002.............don't know if you are interested, but I also have the same vehicle (love the car). Think there were only 20,000 manufactured. I have a question: I just installed a velour dash mat - unable to figure out where the exterior headlight sensor is located on the front dashboard - any help? Thanx for any info.
