I need help finding out what car this is on the photo

http://img97.imageshack.us/my.php?image=autoen1.png Hi I have filmed this car on a security camera. It appeared in the background at night so it is very hard to tell what car and what model it was. I thought it looks a bit like a BMW series 3 but it could be anything really. I am hoping that some of you really love cars that much and you know them all that you could be able to tell me what car this is . Thank you all so much in advance

click on the pic to make it bigger.
look at the back of the car you can see it is extended(if you know what i mean) I think its also possible to see a bit of the front lights on one of the pictures . maybe that can help someone identify the car

It looks like a Subaru Forester, or a Volvo XC90.
Its certianly an SUV type vechile, and those are the two I can think of quickly with that body shape.

Actually it looks to me like a Ford Focus wagon considering the Forester has more of a squared off back than the one in the pic.

I was thinking volvo xc90 as well
