well, the gallardo outran the zo6 on a car and driver track. but i prefer the z06 cause its alot cheaper and more powerful, plus its not far behind on the track time.

the gallardo engine sounds nicer but you are comparing yankee technoloy to italian technoloy but i also would rather have the c06 becuase it is just barley out of most people price range verse the gallardo which is probelly double

I like the vette better. Minor differences in track times can be attributed to driver or the way the car is, On a different track it could be opposite.

^ i hear ya. i like the vette just because of the value. great car for a lot less $ than the lambo. But lambos are amazing cars.

vette wins due to price differences, equal money i'd choose gallardo. I like the looks more, and the rarity.

If both cars had equal track times and equal price, the Z06. For the simple fact that it can go nearly 100k before a tune up and the Lambo needs to be tuned up every 12-15k. I want to drive, not wait outside the dealership and look important! For that kind of money, you would think a tune up would be at least 150,000 miles on the ODO!
