Horn Mounting Location
Both horn assemblies are mounted in the LH wheel well on a common bracket. Horn Assembly Removal and Installation Disconnect the horn wire from the terminal and remove the retaining screw. When installing a horn assembly, tighten the retaining screw to 8-12 N-m (6-8 lb-ft). Quote:

Okay everything is connected. What is the next most likely thing that could cause the horn not to blow.

§ Circuitry open/shorted. § Horn relay. § Horn blow switch. § Horns. Quote:
