1997 Cougar XR-7 V6 Wipers Don't Park
Wipers do not go into the park position. There is no mist control but it does have intermittent wipers. In the off position, the wipers stay on the window and do not "park"
Any suggestions?

Replace the turn signal switch. Some times pressing the spray button bunch of times and turning the wiper switch back and forth gets them working for a short while.
