Unhappy vibration problem 92 tercel

Hi every one hopefully some 1 can help me with this.have a 92 tercel with a vibration when driving can feel it at most speeds between 35 and 65.have replaced tires and seemed to be ok for a day.have rebalanced tires today with new struts and still have problem.was wondering if the axles could cause the problem.i have checked front end and everything seems to be tight.any help would be appreciated thanks.

what kind of virbration is it? is it just a noise? if so it could be the wheel bearing.

Feels like a tire balance shake steering wheel.No noises like a wheel bearing would make.

thats strange, it could be a bent axle, try to get it on a rack and spin the front tries and look at the axle and see if it is bent at all.
