Weird O/D shifting/noise.

Sunday I was out playing around in the water and got in pretty deep got some water in the interior through the door wiring. Well checked tranny fluid on monday and noticed water in the tranny (looked like strawberry milk) so tuesday while at work I flushed it (using ATF +4, last febuary I switched over to ATF +4). The jeep shift fine, but shifting into O/D seems a lil hard and when cold and for the first time it shifts into O/D I hear a real quick squeal (more of a RETTT) noise while shifting into OverDrive. Any thought and suggestions would be appreciated.
