problem with 2000 ford winstar stalling

My 2000 Ford Windstar started stalling this morning. We have been using the AC more than usual this week. I had problems with the fuel injector last summer, and had it flushed. Black powder seems to be comming out of the exhaust pipe with water when I rev the engine to keep it from stalling when stopped. Any ideas?
