A few recent races

Just got the car back from getting twin turbocharged not to long ago as some of you know. Currently running 6psi for now. Brought it back to town and needless to say suprised alot of people

70s trans am 6.6 - sounded nice, went from about 40-45mph, they were far back before I had to shift to 3rd it was over.

Mustang 5.0 foxbody - convertable with aftermarket exhaust, Guy was going along side of me for a while and he had two girls in the car, they were all looking over and chuckling as he was giving it a little next to me, I finally gave in and dropped it down to 2nd. 40-45mph start and it he was buslengths behind lol. Rolls up next to me at the light and says holy shit you got a V8 in that thing? I said nope just a six, light turns green and we go our seperate ways.

98? Trans am LS1. Raced from a dig and I was spinning through 3. Stuttering very badly during this one also. I was catching up quickly at the end but he shut down around 120ish? lost by about a car and a half. we went again from a 40mph roll and I actually got a little traction. He got about a half car jump on me but after I hit third I pulled past him easily.

The car still is running extremely rich and it causes it to stutter when I go WOT, thus I try to keep it 3/4 or so to prevent it until I can get it tuned again and maybe get a new FPR.
Mods include
New 13gs, DN intercooler hardpipes, DN precat elims, SFS LSD insert, MBC, SAFCII, Turbo Timer, Poly mounts, custom exhaust, the list goes on.

Re: A few recent races

your car as a non turbo? does that mean its still a FWD? but yeah nice race. the guy in the stang is a dumb ass, how can he mistaken the sound of a twin turbo 6 to a v8.

Re: A few recent races

Yeah get that thing leaned out a bit. Also how high are you planning to run the boost and on what fuel? You're still running stock pistons right? Because with a bit more boost 13Gs and FWD should be able to walk away from LS1s from a roll.

-15Gs, 3sx aluminum pulley, FMIC, SAFC, walboro pump, EVO 560ccs, and Meth Injection Kit all waiting to go in shortly.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.

I did walk away from the LS1 from a roll We are going to up the boost to 8 in a few weeks. I could probably get away with running 10. We will see
And yes, its FWD. And it sounds very low and rumbly, not really like a V8, but it doesnt really sound like a 6 either. Definatly doesnt sound stock

Seeing as how the rest of his pictures his plate is edited to show 'blank' I'd say that particular picture is photoshopped.

Cause if it weren't, why go through the trouble of editing the plate to show 'blank' when your signature shows it in full view?

Re: A few recent races

LOL about the plates yes I do own plates that say BYE V8, but, I have other plates on there atm that are erased from the pics. Dont get me wrong I love V8s and all, but when you can make good power and still get 28mpg why go V8

It's obvious the pic was chopped. I never ask if the pic itself was real. I asked if that was what he had on his tag. So keep this one( ) to yourself instead of trying a feeble attempt to make me look stupid.

I guess he went throught the "trouble", Mr. -The Stig-, so what ya wanna do? Keep trying though......

Anyway, its funny because if you happen to be losing to a V8, they'll see bye v8 in their rearview.
