twin turbo conversion done! with pics!

I recently got my TT conversion done and snapped a few after photos.
mods include
New 13gs, DN intercooler hardpipes, DN precat elims, SFS LSD insert, MBC, SAFCII, Turbo Timer, Poly mounts, Custom Exhaust, the list goes on. All work done by LSE performance in Minnesota. LSE-performance.com

Initial dyno was done at 6psi and it put down 265fwhp. Needless to say shes got some more left in her We are going to tune it again in a few weeks and up the boost.

seriously, when you do tune it, let me/us know. i'm very curious as to the measure you take tuning a FWD TT.

are you only using the SAFCII and dyno to tune? no other computers or piggybacks?

also, do you have any aftermarket gauges monitoring engine outputs? i.e. i assume you have a boost gauge now. how bout AFR? WBO2? EGT? etc etc.

you have the DN pipes, but are you running intercoolers? FMIC, SMIC, or stock VR4 IC?

(i'm sure i'll have a million questions, just bear with me. if you could give us a detailed run down of everything you have that's not obvious from the pics, that would be great)

TT radiator, 1st gen TT ECU, I believe they dynotuned using wideband and the SAFCII. Stock SMICs. I wouldnt have all those intercooler pipes and no intercoolers :P Anymore questions feel free to ask.

of course you could have no intercoolers. HotShot8792 doesn't have intercoolers. he runs alchol injection to cool the air charge. but yes, it would make sense that if you got some polished pipes, you'd have the intercoolers too.

ahh yes, i remember that. he cut himself all up on the install too. so i guess i should correct myself and say that BEFORE he added the front mount, he had no intercoolers and used an alcohol injection.
