Re: best frame connectors?

to answer some of the questions.. im not woking on a nova. when i origanally sighned up on this site i was working on a 77 nova. but i scraped that (rot bucket and coulndt find to many body panels) now im trying to do a parts list for a 82 or 83 camaro. i want to put a zz454 in it i have most of the stuff but im not sure about the frame conectors. so many brands out there. and trying to think about how im gonna run the exhaust off the super comp headers. ide like to do dual but ill do single if i have to.

Re: best frame connectors?

For a third gen, spohn SFCs no question. The tubular design is stronger all around than the box UMI style and the spohn SFCs take up less space than the box style. http://www.spohn.net/product.cfm?productid=1309
