parking brake cable
When i bought my truck the parking brake did not work due to a sized(sp?) cable. So have anybody replaced the cable that runs from the pedal to the adjuster on a 1st gen s10? I have looked at it and it runs in the frame through the cab so i cant get to it.

Re: parking brake cable
disconect it from the wheel side, and it should just pull forward through the frame.
If this doesn't work remind me to look on Monday morning. Mine's pretty accessable at the moment to look at. |
