Cheaper '98 (Lower km), More expensive 2000 (Higher km)??? need sug. plz

Hi my question is basically, which value is better?

A '98 SH ($10000CA (apx.$8750US)) with 90000km (57000mi)

or

2000 SH ($13000CA (apx.$11500US)) with 120000km (76000mi)

In general which is better an older cheaper car with less km
or a newer more expensive car with higher km

I plan on keeping the car for 2 years before re-selling it.

I guess I am just wondering which would have more value in 2 years?
