Could have used this on my old eclipse. When I did it I just lined it up so the end does not hang off the rear hatch and drilled some holes!
Technically when i did it the spoiler was not on perfectly, it was little crooked. But you would need a tape measure and a sharp eye to see it. But this definitly would have helped! Oh wells, until next time.

Thanks much. The spyder trunk isn't that big so when I did it i knew it was off the back a bit. I probably only have 2-3 inches off the back of my trunk instead of your four.
Very helpful though.

wheni id did mine i didnt measure anything i just lined it up as best i could, and just drilled, lol, dont forget about the extra holes your gonna have

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.
