How to diagnose Emosis.
How to diagnose Emo kids because there has been alot of unnecessary finger pointing in the world. 1)Has a black and choppy longish haircut. 2)Has various cuts and bruises in places only their parents wouldn't think to look. 3) Listens to My Chemical Romance, The Used, Jack Johnson, Bright Eyes, Death Cab for Cutie, Cute is what we aim for, Cartel. Any or all. 4) Wants to have the world slice his wrist in various directions. What is not emo? 1) Wants to kill everything 2) Listens to music that screams 3) Runs around downtown with a bunch of other black clothed, eye shadowed kids. 4) Likes the band Norma Jean or Job For A Cowboy 5) Wants to kill you for calling them emo. Additions please Post!

Jack Johnson= not emo and really good musician.
I was saying that most of the people (At least in this area, and we have tons of emo kids) who listen to jack johnson are emo. I'm not really good at stating stuff clearly though.

1. May vary.
2. Wrong. They want people to notice their bruises, it's an addon to their makeup. I'ts an image. 3. + alot more. Though they often mix in good bands, thats one main reason to hate them. 1. I see many emos who want to kill everything in the world. 2. Wrong. They do listen to "screamy" music. 3. Wrong. You get overrun by them downtown here. 4. They don't know about it. 5. Correct. They most often reply "Whatever, i don't care what you think.." wich means something like "Oh please Dave, kill me".
